Blogmeet Next May - June - anyone BCUK invited - suggestions

I've been blogging here for the last 4 years and even though I communicate via a million different ways with many bloggers here, we have never met. So I've created a post here to see if anyone's interested an meeting up with anyone from BCUK in England next year. Nothing special just a bunch of like minded individuals having a meal and a drink and some decent conversation... maybe making a weekend of it.

I'm in .. got to work out details and make it happen.

I'm usually in the North of England when I come over to the UK .. and in past years it's been around March for mum's birthday .

I'm less than 2 hours away and the flight would probably be cheaper than getting a train to the South of the UK, so book me in. :) x

Well to be honest June would be nice, around where you live so we can have a picnic by the sea (weather permitting)would be nice also. So scout that area first and we can find our train prices ;)

right at the moment I'm finding the only date may june is 21-22nd may - does that mean you're not available brokendownangel? June is packed for me plus there's the start of the World Cup and Glastonbury. ..? Thoughts please

I will get back to you hun, will have to check out when I am meant to be climbing some hill in scotland but will try to avoid those dates

Depends on where, when and when. Can make a weekend in May (think those dates are ok) June is packed, not doing Glastonbury lol:))

the 22nd to 23rd May dates (weekend sat and sun) are the ones shining the brightest at the moment - I'm thinking down here but as we're moving soon we could base it in Canterbury as they have a thousand hotels and I do work there... Let me know everyone :) Maybe the friday night meet, Sat round canterbury then meal and sunday everyone have breakfast go home? :)

confirmed then - get down to Canterbury 21st night or 22nd morning, wander round during day hitting pubs etc if everyone wants to then meal Sat night, all home Sunday after breakfast.
